Eligibility for Returns
Returns are only eligible under the following conditions:
- 90-Day Waiting Period: A return request can only be submitted after a period of seven (7) days has elapsed from the original date of purchase. This period allows you sufficient time to thoroughly evaluate the software's performance in your trading environment.
- Verifiable Error Message: The return request must be accompanied by verifiable evidence of a specific error message generated by the software. This evidence may include a screenshot or a detailed description of the error, along with any relevant steps to reproduce it. General dissatisfaction with the software's performance or trading outcomes is not grounds for a return. License error messages are excluded as well. All license error messages can be resolved by emailing us at info at sbgtradingcorp.com.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at info at sbgtradingcorp.com. You will be required to provide the following information:
- Your order number or purchase confirmation
- The date of purchase
- A detailed description of the error message
- Supporting evidence, such as a screenshot
- Any other information requested by our support team
Our support team will review your request and may require additional information to verify the error. If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to proceed.
Refund
If your return is approved, a refund of the original purchase price will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 14 business days for the refund to be processed.
Exceptions
This return policy does not apply to:
Any customized software or modifications made to the software at the customer's request.
Any software purchased through unauthorized resellers.
